Blend the sauce ingredients together in blender and set aside
When you are 10 mins from your starch being ready, heat a large deeo frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add the edamame beans, mushrooms and veggies to the hot pan and stir regularly until tender and water evaporated. Pour over as much of the sauce as you want, and serve with the hot noodles or rice. Top with your chosen garnishes.
