Ingredients
  • 2.5 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons light miso
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed mandarin juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt (I used home made soy)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a small blender, shake in a small jar, or whisk together thoroughly in a small bowl.
