MMMM dressing

- 2.5 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons light miso
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed mandarin juice
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons yogurt (I used home made soy)
- Blend all ingredients in a small blender, shake in a small jar, or whisk together thoroughly in a small bowl.
